As a proud mother, I'd like to say a few words about my son, Richard Niles who is well known in the music business. If fact, Sound On Sound magazine felt impelled to call him, “one of the most versatile men in modern music.” Richard has arranged for most of the top names in the business including Paul McCartney, James Brown, Kylie Minogue, The Pet Shop Boys - to name but a few. He has contributed to a steady stream of pop hits since the 1970s, and had a parallel career in jazz. He is also an acclaimed broadcaster for the BBC, has flirted with classical music, had a sleazy affair with rock and molested a number of orchestras around the world.
